Lindfield Parish Council offers its sincere condolences to the Royal Family on the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Her duty, service, and devotion to the people of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth were unparalleled.

Lindfield Parish Council joins with people around the world in mourning her loss.

Along with churches across the land, the bells of All Saints Lindfield will be rung, half muffled, between 12noon and 1:00pm on Friday 9th September 2022 to mark the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

The Union Flag outside the King Edward Hall will be flown at half-mast at the appropriate times throughout the period of mourning.

A book of condolence will be available for residents to sign at the Council offices:

Monday 12th to Friday 16th September between 10am to 4pm

Tuesday 20th September between 10am to 4pm

All Saints church will be open from 9am - 5pm daily for prayer and reflection. The church will also have a book of condolence that will be available to sign.
